All orders are processed within 1–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:
- United States: 3–7 business days
- International: 7–21 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, high order volumes, or customs processing for international shipments.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States and to select international countries.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Delays, Lost, or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We are not liable for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately before your order ships.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or ruined during delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review your request and provide a replacement or refund if approved.
